Senior Graphic Designer
As a Senior Graphic Designer at CBDHR, I create content, ads, and branding for over 500 real estate agents across San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and South Texas. I use Adobe Creative Suite to produce a wide range of marketing materials to elevate brand presence across our multiple regional offices. I create marketing collateral for both company and agent-led events & listing promotions, including brochures, booklets, banners, ads, videos, social media graphics, physical merchandise, and more. I support real estate agents with the marketing they need to sell their listings, ranging from homes priced at $100,000 to over $1,000,000.
Our marketing team functions as an in-house agency, so I will create anything requested! I currently manage and collaborate with a talented marketing team, ensuring the swift delivery of digital and print materials. I work closely with the sales agents to develop personalized branding, and I often coordinate with both our internal and external print shops to produce high-quality collateral. I create email campaigns with both copy and imagery to send on behalf of the brokerage and the agents (customized to their requests). I implement both national and local marketing campaigns. I research local markets and trends to stay up to date and produce effective marketing materials.
In my time here, I have streamlined workflows to reduce turnaround times in a high-volume work environment. I have had the opportunity to learn Monday.com here, as well as other ticket management websites such as Spiceworks. I have created AI workflows and ticketing systems to reduce time spent on follow-up and project send-out.
